Sustainability Platform specialist

Are you passionate about sustainability and technology and want to make an impact by bringing sustainability into the digital future? We are looking for sustainability-platform specialists in our Customer success team in Iceland and Denmark.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Implementation and Onboarding: Lead the implementation of Klappir's Sustainability Platform for both direct customers and sustainability consultants, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
  • Technical Support and Training: Provide comprehensive technical support, training, and troubleshooting assistance to customers and consultants on Klappir's Platform, including data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Business Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and consultants.
  • Success Planning and Follow-up: Develop tailored success plans, track progress, and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customers and consultants are achieving their sustainability objectives using Klappir's Platform.
  • Content Development: Contribute to the creation of educational materials, such as training videos, presentations, and user guides, to enhance the user experience and promote best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in software development projects, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the optimization of Klappir's Platform and internal processes.

Educational and qualification requirements

  • Passion for Sustainability: A strong commitment to environmental and social responsibility, with a desire to drive positive change for a better world.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with software implementation, data management, and customer support. Familiarity with sustainability metrics, reporting frameworks, and ideally, Klappir's Platform is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: A dedication to customers and consultants satisfaction, building trust, and exceeding expectations.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English. Additional proficiency in Icelandic or Danish is a plus.
